Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
Because each kit is made to order and often includes custom elements, all sales are final and non-refundable. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out—we’re happy to help make it right!

Can I order multiple kits for gifts or groups?

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping time may vary depending on your location and current order volume. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your kit is on its way!
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time—we currently only ship to the continental U.S. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're near Tempe, Arizona, you can pickup locally. Contact us at [email protected]. We’ll email you when your order is ready with instructions on how to pick it up from our shop.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door.
What’s your return or exchange policy?
Because our kits are made to order and often customized, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your kit, like a missing or damaged item, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

What if I’m missing a piece or something arrives damaged?
We do our best to pack every kit with care, but if something’s missing or arrives damaged, contact us right away at [email protected]. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
